Building on the success of the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 (VsV 1.0), Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has introduced the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2024 (VsV 2.0) in the Union Budget 2024-25. 

This new scheme offers taxpayers another opportunity to resolve income tax disputes, effective 1 October 2024.
