Actions taken to safeguard our People and Clients

  • Actions taken to safeguard our People and Clients

    Work-from-home policy

We are encouraging all our people in India to work-from-home till 31 March 2020, if they choose to – while staying in regular touch with their supervisors and teams to ensure they are effective in their client deliverables and commitments, and to ensure business operations are not compromised.

    Technology support

We have ensured that the technology services and support are available for our workforce to continue operations remotely. We are encouraging our people to proactively use digital communication as the preferred mode of communication.

  • Actions taken to safeguard our People and Clients

    Protocol for travel

We have put in place a protocol for travel where people are required to keep their Partners as well as the People & Culture team updated on their travel plans to help mitigate risk. All people have been advised against international travel (business as well as personal) and domestic travel has also been restricted to very critical business requirements.

  • Actions taken to safeguard our People and Clients

    Proactive internal policies and actions

Over the last weekend, we have responded to a potential high risk self-declared case in one of our offices by activating an office shutdown, initiating BCP within four hours and a temporary work-from-home for all personnel out of abundant caution. The employee did not test positive and was discharged from hospital the very next day. However, we felt these precautionary measures were important in order to safeguard our people and clients – despite the fact that the incident took place in a city that does not yet have any reported case of the outbreak.
